Project Coordinator:

Project coordinator is responsible for professional and efficient managing of administrative, equipment, and personnel of assigned project. Project Coordinator prepares, schedules, instructs, and coordinates the necessary internal and external resources to fulfill the project activities within the prescribed time frames and funding parameters to ensure project expectations are met. Responsibilities will be recruitment management and tracking, basic administrative duties for grant coordination. The Project Coordinator will independently perform diverse administrative and project duties. Project Coordinator writes and maintains work plans. Creates management reports and presentations to keep senior leadership up to date on schedule, budget, and deliverable status. Collects, organize, and escalate/mitigates project issues and risks. Aids in the creation of mitigation plans. Creates and maintains collaboration environments for projects.
