Strengthening Youth to SUCCEED
This program is designed to decrease juvenile truancy through the provision of individual and group counseling to youth who are referred by the Bexar County court system. The program serves 232 youth from each district court and is funded by the City of San Antonio.
In 2012, this program succeeded in reducing truancy by 85% and 90% of the youth decreased their absenteeism, tardiness, remained in school and successfully completed their classes
