Building Awareness and Changing Attitudes
The purpose of Project HOPE is to reduce substance abuse and HIV risk behaviors among 18-24 year olds by offering more access to HIV testing and providing information on how drug and alcohol abuse can lead to HIV/AIDS infection.
SAFB provides

Free HIV testing (confidential/anonymous 20 minute rapid oraquick (a quick swab that can change your life) Testers will even come to your home or business and provide free confidential testing
